当行は、反社会的勢力との関係を遮断し、被害を防止、業務の適切性及び健全性を確保するための方針を以下のとおり宣言します。
1.当行は、反社会的勢力とは、取引関係も含め、一切の関係を持ちません。
2.当行は、反社会的勢力への資金提供は絶対に行いません。
3.当行は、反社会的勢力による不当要求を断固として拒絶し、民事・刑事 両面からの法的対応を行います。
4.不当要求が当行または当行従業員の不祥事を理由とする場合でもこれを隠蔽するための裏取引等は絶対に行いません。
5.当行は、反社会的勢力排除に係る社会的責任を十分認識し、組織全体として反社会的勢力との関係を遮断するための態勢を整備します。
6.当行は平素から外部専門機関との緊密な連携関係を構築し、また反社会的勢力に対応する従業員の安全を確保します。
Principles to act on Anti-Social Forces

In order to seclude ourselves from any relationship with and
prevent damages of corporations by anti-social forces, and
secure the appropriateness and soundness of our business operations,
Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited (ANZ) hereby
defines the following fundamental principles:
1. ANZ will not have any relationship including business
or transactional relationships with anti-social forces.
2. ANZ will never engage in any financing for anti-social
forces.
3. ANZ will strongly refuse any unjustified demands by anti-social
forces and take legal measures, civil and/or criminal towards
such claims.
4. ANZ will never negotiate back room deal with anti-social
forces, even if their demands are to conceal the matter related
to any misconduct of either ANZ or its employees.
5. ANZ fully understands its social responsibility to eliminate
anti-social forces and is always prepared, as an organization
in its entirety, to seclude ourselves from any relationship
with anti-social forces.
6. ANZ establishes close cooperative relationships with
external specialists and will secure the safety of its employees.
